You can find the full patch notes for the Guild Wars 2 October 5 update down below. Finally, Druids will automatically have 100% Celestial Energy before fighting PvE bosses, speeding up runs. A few bug fixes for minor abilities have been seen as well. Any sources of percentage damage reduction have been modified to be somewhat in line with each other, and can now stack. Some big combat changes can be seen in progression updates for this patch. GW2 finally is making the transition to a more modern graphics API, and with that comes bugs. Players will also receive the nest phase of the DX11 beta. Along with the Halloween content a few bug fixes and other additional class changes have been thrown in.
